The POA Board is deeply saddened to announce long time resident, Glen Trout has passed away.

Mr. Trout passed away peacefully on January, 29th. Glen bought in Northwoods before the lake had water and the 190 bypass existed. He loved to fish for white bass and knew how to find them. He was always willing to help his neighbors, friends, family and strangers. It didn't matter who they were.

All of Northwoods will sorely miss Glen. He has been a HUGE blessing to our community.

Our condolences to the Trout Family. They are in our thoughts and prayers.

Thank  you again, Everyone!! Our neighborhood looked very festive!

The Northwoods POA Board would like to extend our most sincere gratitude and thanks to those property owners who donated time, money, material and sweat to fix the main boat ramp.
A shout-out to:
Larry Trout, Ricky Newhouse, John Moran And Mike Pagel. They removed old concrete and metal ramp, prepared the area for forms, set and tied them in steal for reinforcement.

Larry Trout supplied the materials but the team all pitched in money to help cover some of his expense.

Modern Method Gunite poured and finished the concrete.

A lot of personal money was donated to this effort so if you are interested in donating to the project or helping in future projects, please let us know.

Next project (before the lake rises) would be to clean up the concrete next to the ramp. They would like to bust up the concrete and stack it along the existing rock. They are in need of help, equipment and man power.

If you are interested in donating and/or volunteering, please contact the board at:
